I-610 East Loop NB lanes at I-10 East Freeway reopened after overturned big rig, TranStar shows

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- An overturned big rig has been cleared after stopping traffic along a portion of the East Freeway for nearly three hours on Friday morning.

Houston TranStar reported the incident at about 9:08 a.m., leading to a complete roadway closure on the I-610 East Loop northbound lanes at I-10 East Freeway. As of 11:57 a.m., the crash had cleared.

It's unclear what led to the wreck, which SkyEye showed crews cleaning up at one point. Officials have not said if there were any injuries.
