Holcombe Blvd. shut down after deadly accident near Medical Center

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- One person is dead after police say a driver crashed into a pillar.

Crews shut down Holcombe Boulevard between Cambridge and MacGregor Friday morning and has since reopened.

It caused some delays for drivers traveling to the Medical Center this morning.

No one else was injured in the crash.
